Dynamic calibration restores the learned position of an eligible Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) camera or radar sensor through a controlled calibration drive. This procedure may be required after windshield replacement, front bumper or grille work, sensor removal, collision repair, or other work that affects sensor alignment.
Vehicle Owner Must Be Present
The registered vehicle owner must attend the appointment and drive the vehicle during the road-based portion of the calibration. Our technician will provide directions and monitor the calibration process using compatible diagnostic equipment.
The vehicle owner must:
- Remain available for the entire appointment
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have authorization and insurance to operate the vehicle
- Bring a registered, roadworthy vehicle
- Follow the technician's directions during the calibration drive

VIN Required
A complete 17-character Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is required to confirm the appointment. The VIN allows us to verify the vehicle configuration, installed ADAS equipment, required calibration method, and compatibility with our equipment.
If the manufacturer requires static or combined static and dynamic calibration instead, we will contact you before performing the service.
Road and Weather Requirements
Dynamic calibration depends on suitable traffic, weather, visibility, road, speed, and lane-marking conditions. Completion time can vary, and the appointment may need to be delayed or rescheduled if the manufacturer's required driving conditions cannot be met safely.
Important Service Conditions
The vehicle must be safe, registered, insured, roadworthy, and free of conditions that could prevent a lawful calibration drive. Calibration cannot correct damaged sensors, bent brackets, incorrect glass, improper bumper installation, wheel-alignment problems, unresolved diagnostic trouble codes, or other underlying vehicle conditions.
The listed price covers one vehicle, one repair event, and one dynamic calibration procedure for one eligible sensor or module. Static calibration, additional sensors, diagnostics, repairs, programming, wheel alignment, and prerequisite work are not included unless separately authorized.

Please inspect your glass immediately upon delivery to ensure it arrived safely and was not damaged in transit. If any issues are found, contact us right away so we can assist you promptly.
We strongly recommend inspecting all items before installation, as installed or attempted-installation items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable / Partial Refund Situations
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This may include:
- Items not in original condition due to reasons not caused by our error
- Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to shipping or fulfillment issues
- Items returned more than 60 days after delivery
