The moisture-reactive formula creates a thin linking layer between the substrate and adhesive, helping improve adhesion across a wide variety of automotive glass surfaces.
Suitable substrates include float glass, ceramic-coated glass, plastics, pre-coated materials, painted surfaces, E-coats, and metals. The primer temporarily fluoresces under long-wave UV light, allowing professional installers to verify coverage during application.

Flash-Off Time
- Allow at least 10 minutes at temperatures above 41°F (5°C)
- Maximum flash-off time is 24 hours under standard conditions
- Actual flash-off time may vary by application, temperature, humidity, and substrate
Application
- Make sure all bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease, oil, dust, and contaminants.
- Shake the container thoroughly until the mixing balls move freely, then continue shaking as directed by Sika.
- Apply one thin but fully covering coat using a clean wool dauber, brush, felt, or foam applicator.
- Use a fresh applicator and do not return a contaminated dauber to the bottle.
- Allow the primer to flash off completely before applying the compatible Sika adhesive or sealant.
- Reseal the container immediately after each use.
Helpful Tips
- Do not apply an excessively thick coat, as this can increase the required flash-off time.
- Never dilute or mix the primer with other substances.
- Discard the primer if it gels, separates, or develops a significant increase in viscosity.
- Store the sealed bottle upright in a dry location at or below 77°F (25°C).
- Test the actual substrate and installation conditions to confirm adhesion and material compatibility.

We strongly recommend inspecting all items before installation, as installed or attempted-installation items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable / Partial Refund Situations
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This may include:
- Items not in original condition due to reasons not caused by our error
- Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to shipping or fulfillment issues
- Items returned more than 60 days after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
After approval, please securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
