Every glass order is carefully picked, thoroughly inspected for scratches, cracks, and imperfections, then cleaned and packed to our glass packaging standards before being loaded into FedEx containers for delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within one business day, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Many orders placed before 3 PM ship the same day; remaining orders ship the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days. Because we ship from California, nearby customers may receive their orders sooner, while more distant locations may take the full 5 business days.
