At National Auto Glass Direct, we want you to feel confident ordering the correct auto glass for your vehicle. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help resolve it quickly and fairly.

60-Day Free Returns on Eligible Items

We offer a 60-day return policy with free returns on eligible items.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • New/Unused
  • Not attempted to be installed
  • Returned in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return.

Important Inspection Notice (Before Installation)

Please inspect your glass immediately upon delivery to ensure it arrived safely and was not damaged in transit. If any issues are found, contact us right away so we can assist you promptly.

We strongly recommend inspecting all items before installation, as installed or attempted-installation items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable / Partial Refund Situations

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This may include:

  • Items not in original condition due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to shipping or fulfillment issues
  • Items returned more than 60 days after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval

Return & Refund Process

At National Auto Glass Direct, all returns must be requested and approved before sending any item back.

To start a return, please contact us at info@nationalautoglassdirect.net and include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable, especially for damage or incorrect item)

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

After approval, please securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
